Dr. Robert F. DeFinis has been working with children, athletes, coaches, teams, leaders, and organizations for over twenty years while consistently leveraging optimal performance strategies into success stories. He has a diversified background with experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and law enforcement. Dr. DeFinis has also served on the Board of Directors for several organizations that promote literacy initiatives, workforce development solutions, and educational opportunities. He now resides in Boise, Idaho, and oversees the operations of a career college specializing in health care education.

​Born just outside of Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Dr. DeFinis received his Doctorate in Organizational Behavior and Leadership and a Master’s in Education while acquiring dozens of professional certifications. He is also the creator of Total Optimal Performance Solutions and RDF Books, and continues to teach courses in the behavioral sciences.
