Going The Distance: Leveraging COVID-19 Into An Opportunity

Haven’t heard from that big time recruit in a few weeks? So what do you intend to do about it? Join Dr. DeFinis as he discusses the opportunities that exist for athletes and coaches during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Helping Athletes: Strategies for Helping Athletes Through the COVID-19 Season Shutdown

On Thursday, April 16th, Dr. DeFinis conducted an informal webinar on, “Helping Athletes: Strategies for Helping Athletes Through the COVID-19 Season Shutdown.” Dr. DeFinis presented his “Emergency CAP” plan, which included the FIVE C's that every coach should consider implanting for the mental well-being of their student athletes.
